MEDITATION for "BUSY PEOPLE”        

In these ever busy and uncertain times it is increasingly important that we find peace from within and are able to find balance and a sense of space in the midst of our outer demands.

This program is a two day meditation program. (beginners are welcome!) The days will include gentle and simple instruction, meditation practice and sharing of experiences.  Many meditation techniques will be practiced including those aimed at stress relief, dealing with intense emotions, opening your heart, moving into peace, unlocking creativity and moving into our deeper knowing and intuition.

In a safe and compassionate small group setting, participants will have opportunities to share their experiences and gain a greater understanding of their “inner” self and the many benefits of the meditative process.
